Buying From Us
As our valued customer, we want your shopping experience to be smooth sailing! Here are some key information you might be interested to keep in mind.
1. Payment method
We accept both interbank transfer and credit / debit card payment options.
2. Delivery fees
We only deliver. Our standard delivery fee is SGD 15 islandwide. An additional SGD 7 applies for delivery to Sentosa. The standard delivery fee will be waived for spending over SGD 120, however the gantry fee of SGD 7 will still apply for travels to Sentosa.
3. Cancellation terms
Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of purchase confirmation date to receive a refund. However, refund processing time may not be immediate and there may be fees incurred from our payment provider.
4. Return and exchange terms
We do not offer any exchange or return of meat bowls once they have been delivered to you.
5. Amending your order
Please write to us on email@example.com within two days of purchase confirmation informing us about your product change request. If a payment top-up is required, we only accept interbank transfer to fulfill your request.
6. Delivery time
Depending on stock availability, delivery can take between two - three business days. A large bulk order can take up to ten business days or the next approaching weekend.
Please ensure that you have someone at home to receive our meat bowls to store it directly in the freezer immediately. If no one is home, you will need to rearrange for a re-delivery with us. Re-delivery fee will be based on the service provider's fees which can vary between $15 - $30 depending on your location and time of delivery.

8. How to sign-up?
There are two ways to sign-up:
Option 1: Write to us at email@example.com and we can manually set an account for you.
Option 2: Create an account and set-up an automatic / recurring cycle in our website.
9. Minimum subscription period
A minimum of three months is all you need to sign-up for.
10. Minimum spending
The minimum spend is SGD 85 per delivery and it comes with free delivery too!
11. Amending your subscription order
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery on your amendment request.
12. Cancelling your program
Please write to us at email@example.com if you wish to cancel your subscription program. Please inform us at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery to organize cancellation.
If you have set up an automatic / recurring cycle in our website, you will need to deactivate this in your account or drop us an email ahead of time (at least 14 days beforehand).
